We are a fast-growing agency looking for a seasoned specialist to drive digital strategy across Enterprise, Consumer, and Global Studio units. We are a collaborative, tech-focused team that invests in its people and supports a fully remote lifestyle. What You’ll Do (duties)

• Own the end-to-end digital marketing function, including SEO, paid media, and email automation.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with B2B and B2C technology clients’ goals.
• Track performance via Google Analytics and Tag Manager, turning data into actionable insights.
• Manage conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and landing page optimization.
• Present strategies and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements (skills)

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Solid SEO knowledge (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Experience (Qualifications)

• 8+ years in digital marketing, ideally in a tech-sector agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
