We are a digital business first. That means this role lives mainly in the online world – web pages, landing pages, display, paid social, CRM, campaign rollouts, promotional creative, UX thinking, conversion design and fast-moving digital production. Our brands also appear across selected real-world and omnichannel touchpoints, but the biggest share of the work is digital, customer-facing and performance-oriented.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a digitally strong designer who wants more than just a production role. It’s a chance to join a fast-growing team in a fast-growing business, where you can do meaningful, visible work and grow your craft in an environment with energy, ambition and momentum.
For this role, we’re especially looking for someone who understands that digital design is not decoration. It is problem-solving. It is hierarchy. It is attention. It is reducing friction. It is helping a customer understand what matters and nudging them toward action.
The role will involve a lot of digital campaign, casino and brand-led creative, alongside broader performance and customer communications work. Sport is part of the environment, but for this role a large share of the output is likely to sit across casino, promotional, CRM, brand and digital campaign work more broadly.
Examples of what you’ll work on

- Using AI to improve workflow efficiency, ideation speed and content production
- Bringing static assets to life through AI-assisted animation, motion, video treatments and richer creative execution where relevant
- Supporting selected omnichannel outputs where the brand shows up beyond digital
What we’re looking for

Why this role is exciting
