What you’ll be doing:

• Writing a mix of short and long-form copy across CRM, campaigns, landing pages, social, web, banners and promos
• Turning briefs into clear, on-brand messaging that actually works for the audience and channel
• Creating campaign, promo and brand copy across sports betting, online casino and broader digital marketing
• Putting together editorial and blog content that’s easy to read and relevant to sports, betting and gaming
• Using data, testing and customer behaviour to tweak and improve your copy
• Writing strong, performance-driven copy across CRM, social and acquisition/retention channels
• Using AI tools where it makes sense to speed things up, without losing quality or originality
• Keeping everything consistent, accurate and on-brand, with a good eye for detail
• Working closely with designers, marketers and the wider team while managing multiple briefs and deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• Matric and solid computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong written and verbal English, plus good numeracy
• A relevant qualification (Copywriting, Journalism, Marketing, English, Media or similar)
• Around 3–5 years’ experience in copywriting or digital content
• A strong portfolio that shows your range across CRM, social, campaigns and editorial
• Someone who’s comfortable in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment
• Ideally, experience using AI tools and working with performance data to improve messaging
