Can you pull the right audience, set up the send, configure the bonus, tag the links, test the logic, catch the issue before it becomes a problem, and make sure the campaign goes out exactly as it should? This role sits right in the engine room of CRM. It is for someone who enjoys the craft of execution and understands that in a live betting and iGaming environment, details matter. The wrong segment. The wrong bonus setup. A broken merge field. A missed suppression. A tracking error. A journey that looks fine in preview but fails in market. In this role, accuracy is not a nice-to-have. It matters commercially. This is a slightly more technical role than a typical marketing co-ordinator role. It requires someone who is comfortable working with CRM platforms, segments, campaign builds, journey setup, tagging, tracking, QA and deployment processes. But just as important as platform skills are the personal qualities behind good execution – strong attention to detail, a hardworking attitude, reliability, discipline, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn. You will work closely with the CRM Manager and partner regularly with the development team, testing team, creative team and broader event/group CRM stakeholders to help bring campaigns, journeys and player communications to life across email, SMS, push, onsite and other owned channels.
